CanPower Skate Program - October 26, 2017 to March 8, 2017

CanPower - Nationally Certified Coaches ill help your skater build their skating skills and abilities. Great skaters make great hockey players.
Skaters will work through 6 levels of CanPower skills and testing to achieve their GOLD standard. They will learn through group instruction, skill sessions, drills and circuits tailored to build power, speed, agility and endurance. The program is designed for skaters who already have the basics, it is not a learn to skate program. CanPower is a Learn to Train Program. Skaters will be grouped on ice by age and skill level.
CanSkate (Ages 4+ and Initiation) - October 26, 2017 to March 8, 2017

Canada's only recognized Learn to Skate program ! All ice sports begin with learning how to skate. Let our certified coaches teach your skater the fundamental skills to prepare them for hockey, ringuette, figure skating and speed skating. In CanSkate program we focus on Balance, Control and Agility skills that provide the best start for all ice sports. There are 6 stages of skils to master in the CanSkate program, from beginner basics to advanced speed and power skills.
Participants (ages 4 and up, Initiation hockey level) will learn through group lessons, practice circuit drill, play games and have fun. The club organizes fun activities each month with theme days, in March we put on an ice show so that skaters can proudly show their skills and we wrap up Merit day where skaters can win prizes and challenges.
Pre-CanSkated Parent & Tot Program - October 26, 2017 to March 8, 2017

Pre-CanSkate is the best first time on-ice class. It is the first step where skaters receive all the help they need to get moving. If your skater has never skated on their own or even at all, this is the beginner program for them. All ice sports start with learning how to skate. Let our certified coaches teach your skater the fundamental skills to prepare them for for the CanSkate Program. Once the basics are under control and you skater can move on their own with ease, they will be graduated into the CanSkate program. Participants can register for Pre-CanSkate if they are 3 years of age or older. Skaters under 3 years of age require a parent or guardian to attend on ice with them. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend with skaters until they reach the CanSkate program. Skaters will be grouped by age and skill on ice.

Registration is $170.00 per program
